Benefits of the RQT Standard Series Temperature Controller Features
Easy to use LCD screen with adjustable parameters offers exact temperature control.
Large easy-to-read supply and return water pressure gauges on the top for easy monitoring of the mold circuit and unit performance.
9 kW, 12 kW and 18 kW heaters are standard.
Extend seal life and are more energy efficient than external seal flush lines.
Sizes are ¾ to 3 hp (0.56 to 2.24 kW). Silicon carbide pump seals are standard.

- Built-in sediment trap and pump seal flush line extends life of pump seal
- 24 VDC control circuit power
- Tilted front panel angled for optimal viewing
- Intelligent vent control - at start-up the automatic vent sequence deactivates when the mold circuit is above 120°F (49°C) to avoid cooling of the mold after temporary power interruptions
- Adjustable deviation alarm time delays
- Supply and return temperature display
- Solid top protects motor from dirt or fluid contamination
