Large 12-inch high-resolution color touch-screen HMI provides complete access to all operating and diagnostic screens of up to 15 Thermal Care chillers or pumping systems. With a single button system start and centralized monitoring, plantwide temperature control has never been so easy.

- Remote Access: With either a centralized machine-mounted 12-inch HMI or a dedicated stand-along CONNEX4.0 control panel, all systems are easy to access from any smartphone or tablet. With navigation similar to a webpage, remote access and control is literally at your fingertips.
- Remote Service Assistance: Maximize your uptime with the convenience of allowing remote access to the Thermal Care factory team of service technicians. A factory technician can check operating parameters, alarm history, and trend data remotely so expert troubleshooting an issue and diagnosing any needed repairs is fast.
- Automated Text and Email Alerts: Today's manufacturing plants are often more automated and complex with many systems to monitor. CONNEX4.0 allows you to set up automatic text or email alerts to remotely receive changes in status for peace of mind.
- Easy to Connect: Connecting a device with a Master Controller only requires an ethernet cable as all CONNEX4.0 ready equipment comes standard with an ethernet port. If running an ethernet cable is not feasible, a wireless solution is available. The Master Controller uses a Port 80 connection to the internet, making the system firewall and network security friendly.
