Water-Cooled Technology with Eco-Compatible R410A Refrigerant: from 12 to 45 kW
The Slim Series Water-Cooled Portable Chillers, models SCW 1211 to 4511, are designed for industrial applications requiring reliable and efficient low-temperature water cooling. Offering cooling capacities from 12 to 45 kW, these units are built with scroll compressors and a single refrigeration circuit, ensuring compact size, reduced energy consumption, and low operating noise.
Operating with water condensing temperatures from 17°C to +40°C, these chillers use R410A refrigerant, an environmentally friendly solution known for high cooling performance. The system features a high-efficiency stainless steel brazed plate evaporator, an internal water circulation pump, and an insulated stainless steel open-type tank for stable operation and minimal thermal loss.
Safety and reliability are ensured through the integration of high/low pressure switches and gauges, a flow switch, and a microprocessor control system that clearly displays water temperature and alerts. The non-ferrous hydraulic circuit adds durability, while the compact design allows for simplified installation and minimal footprint.
